your Property -

4. Review Market Analysis & Marketing Plan with
you - Establish "Initial Market Price"

5. Implement Marketing Plan

6.      Conduct showings of property with interested
      clients/agents - provide you with feedback
      on the showings

7.      Review All Offers & Negotiations – I will work
      with you to review all offers received for the
      property and determine an appropriate counter
      offer strategy, if necessary. I will continue work
      with you on reviewing all counteroffers until
      a final offer is accepted.

9.      Closing/Lease Commencement – I will stay in
      touch and work with you during this time period
      until the transaction is completed.
